Randy Carr is an Orange County, California native. His career path has covered a diverse set of businesses that he has built or grown. Following his graduation from the Marshall School of Business at USC (class of 1988) he began his working life in 1989 in the printing and graphics industry. Having been the owner of Carr Graphic Services, Inc. for 27 years, he then went on to build an outdoor advertising company leveraging the evolution of large format printing, which he sold.  Then taking the helm as the Marketing director for a large payment technology gateway, where he oversaw sales growth from $6 Million per year up to $13.5 million in annual sales. The payment gateway was eventually purchased according to plan, providing the owners with a fantastic exit. Then in 2013, he and his wife Wendy founded European Spa Source, with a focus on bringing spa quality aromatherapy into the homes of hundreds of thousands of spa customers. European Spa Source is currently the leader in aromatherapy in spa for N. America, serving over 950 spas. Seeing a unique opportunity in the marketplace, Randy is now laser focused on bringing spa quality aromatherapy products into the fine motoring experience. which is a unique and potentially large venture. The idea is that products that scent cars are chemical based, and most people who can afford luxury vehicles do not want to breathe chemicals.
